Say It! Poster Design & Graphic Messages Opening Reception
Posters delight, incite, and persuade. Say It! debuts a never-before-exhibited selection of historic posters, banners, and pennants alongside recent acquisitions by women activists, designers of color, and LGBTQ+ artists to see what these makers had to say. Highlighting design strategies and production contexts, the exhibition spotlights the work that posters do out in the world.
The exhibition runs from August 28th, 2025, to May 29th, 2026, so even if you can't make it to the reception, stop by the 1912 Gallery (1st floor Canaday Library) from 10 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to see it for yourself.
